Varona Fine Foods has built significant product and brand awareness for Australian gourmet foods including; Black Tuber Melanosporum Truffles, Award Winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Freshwater Crayfish, Yabbies, Abalone, selected meats and other gourmet delicacies.
Over the past 10 years VFF has been introducing West Australian gourmet food products to the world.
While managing production of the first commercial crop of quality Black Truffles from Western Australia, Adam Wilson lead the team awarded the 2009 winner ‘Western Australia’s Regional Exporter’.
In 2006, Adam Wilson won one of Australia’s most prestigious sales awards for selling ‘Ice to the Eskimos’ – by selling Australian olive oil to the Italian marketplace. He was the Winner of The Australian “Excellence in Sales Awards” in Fast Moving consumer Goods.
Adam Wilson was also part of the team that built the multi-awarded Extra Virgin Olive Oil brand Dandaragan Estate from their first harvest to a $3m brand and bulk Olive oil export operation in 2006.
